“Beattie Passive is proud to have been involved in this exciting project. We have delivered over 46 units, from two- and three-bedroom houses to terraced and detached homes, with 31 certified by the Passivhaus Institute.

Additionally, we worked with Self Builders on their ‘Golden Brick’ projects who wanted to build bespoke homes on certain plots throughout the site.

As with any Beattie Passive project, all our homes were built, tested and certified to exacting Passivhaus standards.” - Ron Beattie.

Flying Factory on site at Graven Hill

We were excited to bring our unique Flying Factory to the heart of the site, where we manufactured our Passivhaus frames using local labour and materials: for Graven Hill, at Graven Hill – it couldn’t get more local than that!

81m² all Passive Certified

» 3 bedroom terrace

3 bedroom terrace (Plots 11-19) – 3 x 107m² and 6 x 108m² – with mansard roofs based near the main entrance to Graven Hill giving them a prime village centre location

» Coach houses

1 bedroom and 2 bedroom detached Coach Houses with garages included. Coach houses will be built to Passivhaus standard.

» Golden Brick self-build

Beattie Passive work with you to bring your dream home to a Passivhaus reality on your chosen Golden Brick plot

» Custom Build

Selection of Tailored Finish properties, these Custom Build homes will have between 2 and 4 bedrooms depending on the design.
