Passivhaus Plus Development at Ferry Road
An exciting development of 48 relocatable new modular homes split across 3 apartment blocks plus an office block on the site of the old Gasworks in Grangetown, Cardiff. This temporary development will consist of a mixture of 1-bedroom flats (GIA 54m2), 2-bedroom flats (GIA 72m2) and 3-bedroom flats (GIA 96m2). The development is expecting to achieve Passivhaus Plus certification through the addition of PVs and Airsource Heat Pumps.
These 49 new units will consist of the following:

• 24 x 3-bedroom flats (GIA 96m2)
• 1 ancillary building on site (GIA 181m2)
