Project description: 3-bedroom detached two storey dwelling approx. 106 m² on a mature plot to be finished with a render façade.

Although the structure was built for the client in the Beattie Passive Factory, a first time self-builder from Somerset, he wanted to gain a better understanding of the Build System and how it was constructed, and so attended our Training Academy.
