Build Requirement: Four x 2 bedroom flats built to Passivhaus standard

Location: The Glebe, East Saltoun, East Lothian

Client: East Lothian Housing Association.

Construction: Beattie Passive Approved Contractor - Lomond Group. Ross Jamieson, Site Foreman for Lomond Group attended the Beattie Passive Training Academy.

Apartment Sizes: 74sqm, 69sqm, 80sqm, 74sqm = total of 297sqm

East Lothian Housing Association were looking to deliver the Housing Associations first Passivhaus homes to achieve high energy performance, to give their tenants lower energy bills, high quality homes (including low levels of sound between dwellings) with high levels of comfort.
