Client: Creating Enterprise
Creating Enterprise is a wholly owned subsidiary of Cartrefi Conwy Housing Association. The organisation was set up as a Social Enterprise providing a wide range of property maintenance activity to both private and public sector, reinvesting profits to give those furthest from the job market workplace opportunities. They are now embarking on an ambitious development programme of quality, affordable homes across the North Wales Coast. Creating Enterprise were the first Welsh organisation to set up their Beattie Passive Factory to start manufacturing a number of small developments across North Wales.

Project description: 4 x 2-bedroom properties at 88m2 each and 4 x 3-bedroom properties at 95m2 each on the east coast of the Isle of Angelsey, Wales.
Expected airtightness result: 0.6 and below
Location: Maes yr Ysgol, Conwy County
Project description: 4 x bungalows at 51m2 each in Maes yr Ysgol, central Neath Port Talbot, Wales.
Expected airtightness result: 0.6 and below
Location: Sefton Road, Old Colwyn
Project description: 8 x 21m2 1-bedroom properties in Old Colwyn, Wales.
Expected airtightness result: 0.6 and below
Location: Glanrafon
Project description: 10 three-bedroom homes at 96m2 each and 4 four-bedroom homes at 140m2 each North Wales.
Expected airtightness result: 0.6 and below
Location: Denbigh House
Project description: A total of 22 units, including 4 four-bedroom homes at 125m2 each and 18 two-bedroom homes at 83m2 each, all units are to be officially certified by the Passivhaus institute.
Expected airtightness result: 0.6 and below
